Customer Service Trainer Certification
WorldHost workshops are offered in communities, businesses and educational institutions across the province through a network of licensed Delivery Organizations. Each Delivery Organization is responsible for endorsing a trainer(s) to deliver WorldHost workshops.
Requirements for Trainers wanting to lead WorldHost Workshops
- Attendance at a Train-the-Trainer session led by a WorldHost Master Trainer
- Completion of WorldHost Fundamentals before certifying in any other program*.

Requirements for Specific Trainers
Depending on which kind of Delivery Organization you work in, there are different requirements for becoming a WorldHost Trainer. Find your fit from the options below - and be sure to get in touch if you have any questions.
Community Trainers
- Require endorsement from a licensed WorldHost Community Delivery Organization
- Are required to attend the full three-day Fundamentals Train-the-Trainer session and fully participate in WorldHost Train-the-Trainer sessions
Corporate/Private Training Company Trainers
- Require endorsement by a WorldHost Corporate Licensee and are typically staff members of the Delivery Organization
- Are required to attend the full three-day Fundamentals Train-the-Trainer session and fully participate in WorldHost Train-the-Trainer sessions.
Post Secondary Instructors
- Must be school instructors and deliver base-funded training for a minimum of 28 weeks
- Require approval from the Dean or an appropriate decision-maker to deliver WorldHost training
- Are required to stay for two full days of the Fundamentals Train-the-Trainer sessions and fully participate in WorldHost Train-the-Trainer sessions.
High-school
- Must be a B.C. certified high-school teacher who leads Tourism or Career Prep programs in the B.C. school system
- Must have approval from the Principal or an appropriate decision-maker to deliver WorldHost training
- *May take any Train-the-Trainer workshop without pre-requisite
- Are required to attend only the first day of the Fundamentals Train-the-Trainer workshop and fully participate in WorldHost Train-the-Trainer sessions.
Non-certified High-school Support Staff
- Must have approval from the Principal or an appropriate decision-maker to deliver WorldHost training
- Are required to attend all three days of the Fundamentals Train-the-Trainer workshop and fully participate in WorldHost Train-the-Trainer sessions.
